We receive many email requests to either appraise an item or to help identify one or more pieces, which requires research. Although we enjoy helping individuals with appraising an item, identification or determining an origin, it has become too time consuming to perform this chore without modest compensation.
If you have antique glass, china, a trunk or any item similar to the products we sell please send us pictures of the item(s) and as much information you have concerning the piece(s). We will determine if we can help and refund your $25.00 payment if we immediately determine we cannot help with appraisal and research functions for your item(s).
We are not certified appraisers but have extensive experience researching and pricing the merchandise we sell using the Internet and our own extensive library.
There is no guarantee we can make any value or identifcation determinations but we do guarantee we will give each paid request our full attention. We believe the small payment is fair compensation for valuable information and assistance.
