Return Policy
The Glass Cottage has a personal commitment to accurately describe all items and identify their condition as accurately as possible noting any defects. We are committed to resolving all issues or complaints in an amicable and satisfactory manner. Only effective and reasonable communication completes a satisfactory transaction. All purchases are shipped within 24 hours or next business day of purchase confirmation to The Glass Cottage.
If for some reason your purchase is returned based on mutual agreement because of breakage, damage, malfunction for a reason that may have occurred during the shipping process a full refund of the original purchase price including shipping costs will be made only for buyer/bidder paid insured items. Buyer assumes the cost of shipping returns, which will be part of all insurance claims.
All returns must be made in original or like original packaging via the same shipping method within three days of delivery. Please, do not wait to return an item. If any item of merchandise does not reflect the listing description, is not visibly altered or damaged in transit a full refund will be made including return shipping costs. Refunds do not include any PayPal Fees. Items must be returned within three (3) business days of receipt.
All sales are final once shipped except for reasons given above and for any mistake by The Glass Cottage. Order and shipping confirmations are provided along the purchasing process via email.
In addition, all PayPal payments provide payment receipts and shipping notifications. Keep these receipts at least until the transaction process is complete. The Glass Cottage insures all orders for the full purchase amount, the buyer at their local post office or other carrier that may have been used for shipping shall complete any damage recovery costs.
